To optimize our field service network, we are looking for independent business personalities throughout Germany who share our high standards – as a further mainstay of your entrepreneurial activity or as a freelance sideline. Newcomers and career changers are expressly welcome.
Your responsibilities will include the following tasks:
- Contacting borrowers, lessees and customers, in particular of banks, leasing companies and mobility providers
- Researching and clarifying the customer's situation
- Mediation and development of possible solutions together with the customer
- Implementation, monitoring and documentation of the agreed measures
- Inspection of vehicles and objects
- Organization and/or execution of vehicle transfers on own or third-party axles to previously defined storage locations
Your profile

Your skills
- Professional experience in the field of receivables management, in the credit and leasing business, qualification based on work for a regulatory, police, security or administrative authority
- Interest in methods and techniques of communication and approaches to debt collection, as well as in general legal issues in receivables management (civil and professional law, civil procedure law, data protection and money laundering law)
Your soft skills
- Taker of responsibility
- Troubleshooter
- Confident in using a PC, smartphone and IT applications
- Fluent in written and spoken German
- Further foreign language skills desirable
- Own car, class B driver's license (further classes an advantage)

Peter Graf, 55 years old, former police officer
"I originally come from the police force and have a lot of experience in calmly finding a solution in different situations. Big advantage today: I can organize my working hours and tasks; that was not possible before. In the winter, you will therefore find me in our small house in Italy, where I sometimes still take on inventory checking jobs for EXCON, when there is an urgent need. I also work for two regional energy suppliers, handling collections, clarifications and meter readings. My bookkeeping and office work is done by a part-time employee."
